1. About JyotishMatch

JyotishMatch provides astrology-based content generated through traditional Vedic frameworks and carefully constructed interpretations. Insights are created using a combination of classical astrological principles and modern text-generation tools.

All content is intended for guidance, reflection, and entertainment. It is not a substitute for professional financial, medical, psychological, or legal advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use this app and to make purchases within it.

3. User Data & Privacy

JyotishMatch collects only the information required to create and secure your account, and to generate personalised astrology readings. This includes your email, password (stored securely via Firebase Authentication), and birth details such as birth date, birth time (if known), birth city, birth country, and birth timezone.

We do not sell personal data or use it for marketing or advertising. Full details can be found in our Privacy Notice.

4. Payments & Tokens

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. JyotishMatch does not store or see your full card information at any time.

JyotishMatch operates on a tokens-only model. Tokens can be purchased through Stripe and are used to unlock premium features such as Compatibility, Kundli Chart, Soul Destiny, and extended Rāśi insights.

• Tokens are applied to your account once payment succeeds.
• Tokens are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• No subscriptions, renewals, or recurring payments exist.

5. Refund Policy

Because JyotishMatch provides digital, instantly-accessible content, all token purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or by Stripe’s own policies.

If a technical error prevents tokens from being added to your account, we will investigate and resolve the issue.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any app content.
• Attempt to manipulate, duplicate, or bypass token usage.
• Use the app for unlawful or harmful activities.
• Submit fraudulent or inaccurate birth details.

7. App Content

Astrology interpretations depend on the accuracy of the birth data you provide and on the availability of external services such as time-zone lookup and geolocation.

JyotishMatch is not liable for delays or inaccuracies caused by third-party services.

8. Service Availability

Scheduled updates, server maintenance, or external APIs may occasionally impact performance. Nightly Rāśi calculations run based on India Standard Time (IST).

9. Limitation of Liability

JyotishMatch is not liable for decisions you make based on readings, emotional reactions, relationship outcomes, or financial losses arising from app usage.

Use the app responsibly and at your own discretion.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as the app evolves or when legally required. Continued use of the app signifies acceptance of any updated terms.
